1. Portrait Number 14 2. I chose this photo because of its mix of simplicity and colors. For this very reason the colors caught my attention. I like this because I do not love busy photos and this one had the perfect balance. 3. The facial features are blocked by the bouquet of flowers blocking the individuals face. Neither the face or image is not a shadow, the individual is not completely facing the camera, she is slightly turned away. 4. The subject of the photo is the girl. The focal point of the image is the bouquet of flowers. The dark value is the girls hair in the photo. 5. The photo is set up using rule of thirds as the subject is in one third of the frame and not completely centered. The subject is surrounded by a light colored wall which makes it easy to pin point. There are no leading lines. 6. The background is a blank light color wall that contrasts with the subject and focal point of the image, making it easy to look at and pick out both of these things. 7. This photo may infer that the individual is insecure and may be hiding her face with something more beautiful than she herself feels.
